On the reverse of all credit cards there is a number containing approximately 3-6 digits.

The CVV digits are always the very last 3.  This is a security number and allows us to ensure that your credit card is not being fraudulently used.

Should you type the details in, incorrectly.  We will know immediately.  Your order will be placed on hold and you will receive an email from a Customer Services Advisor requesting further verification.  Please contact them as soon as possible as this will enable the release of your order.  Should you not respond to the email within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.
